Check this video out. This NYC cop arrested and filed charges against this bicycle protester. In his official police report he wrote that the bicyclist tried to run into him. The cyclist in this video was arrested, held for 26 hours, and charged with attempted assault and resisting arrest. That would have been the end of it except it was caught on tape where you can clearly see the officer walks towards the the protester as he passed by and knock him down. Judge for yourself.

C’mon…clearly the officer had motioned for the bicyclist to stop and when the bicyclist ducked his head in an attempt to get past, there was no other option left but to knock him down. ;)
